I had my share of ups and downs at this resort. While the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room left much to be desired with cleanliness issues and was smaller than expected. However, the beautiful lazy river and stunning canyon views made up for some of the shortcomings. Dining was enjoyable with some standout experiences, though some eateries were closed during my stay. Overall, there are certainly aspects to love, but the property could use a bit of TLC.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tucson, which is beautifully set against a backdrop of cacti and hills. The room we stayed in was spacious and bright, perfect for our family, but the service left much to be desired. While the pool area looked inviting, we unfortunately did not get to enjoy it much due to the cold weather. The breakfast and bar offerings were plentiful, but the dining service was slow and quite frustrating.
